ThirdSpot respects copyright and removes material when a valid notice identifies infringing user content.
Copyright notices
Email info@secondlifesoftware.com with your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the ThirdSpot content and enough information to locate it, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notices and repeat infringement
We may forward a notice to the affected user. A user may send a legally compliant counter-notice to the same address. ThirdSpot may terminate repeat infringers under an appropriate repeat-infringer policy.
Publishing this process does not complete federal DMCA safe-harbor registration. Second Life Software must separately designate and renew a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the registered agent’s full contact details here.
