Delete your ThirdSpot account

ThirdSpot is operated by Second Life Software. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data without installing the app.

Request deletion by email

Email info@secondlifesoftware.com from the email address linked to your ThirdSpot account. Use the subject ThirdSpot account deletion and include your username, if you know it.

If you cannot access that email, contact the same address for help. We need to verify account ownership before deletion. Never send your password, payment-card details, or a sign-in code.

Delete in the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

What is deleted and retained

Your profile and associated personal data, including your events, photos and messages, are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to seven years. Limited records may be retained for security or legal obligations; backup copies remain until backups rotate.
