ThirdSpot is for adults meeting around real events. These rules apply to profiles, usernames, events, chats, photos, comments, and offline conduct connected to the service.

Be safe and respectful

No threats, stalking, bullying, harassment, hate, discrimination, exploitation, or unwanted sexual conduct.
No nudity, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, graphic violence, or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing.
No impersonation, scams, deceptive ticket listings, spam, or attempts to bypass safety and payment systems.
Do not publish another person’s private information or precise location without permission.
Only upload content you have the right and consent to share.

Hosting responsibilities

Hosts must describe events and total required prices truthfully, honor capacity and refund promises, secure any permits or insurance, follow venue, alcohol, accessibility, health, and safety laws, and protect hidden addresses.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report and block controls or email info@secondlifesoftware.com. We may remove content, restrict features, cancel events, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and contact emergency services or authorities when reasonably necessary. We prioritize credible threats, child-safety reports, and time-sensitive event risks.
