ThirdSpot is for adults meeting around real events. These rules apply to profiles, usernames, events, chats, photos, comments, and offline conduct connected to the service.

Be safe and respectful

No threats, stalking, bullying, harassment, hate, discrimination, exploitation, or unwanted sexual conduct.
No nudity, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, graphic violence, or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing.
No impersonation, scams, deceptive ticket listings, spam, or attempts to bypass safety and payment systems.
Do not publish another person’s private information or precise location without permission.
Only upload content you have the right and consent to share.

Hosting responsibilities

Hosts must describe events and total required prices truthfully, honor capacity and refund promises, secure any permits or insurance, follow venue, alcohol, accessibility, health, and safety laws, and protect hidden addresses.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report and block controls or email info@secondlifesoftware.com. We may remove content, restrict features, cancel events, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and contact emergency services or authorities when reasonably necessary. We prioritize credible threats, child-safety reports, and time-sensitive event risks.

Child safety standards

ThirdSpot, operated by Second Life Software, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to facilitate sexual abuse of a child. These rules apply to all accounts and content, including AI-generated depictions. ThirdSpot is for adults aged 18 and over; an adults-only policy does not reduce our responsibility to address child-safety reports.

Report suspected violations using the in-app reporting controls or contact info@secondlifesoftware.com. Include the username, event or content link, and a description that helps us locate the issue. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected illegal imagery. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Our safety contact reviews child-safety reports, restricts access to violating content and accounts, and coordinates legally required reporting and preservation with the appropriate authorities. Confirmed CSAM is removed from public access; required reports are made to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority as applicable. Access to evidence is limited to authorized personnel. Automated image screening can miss violations and does not replace reports or human review.
